This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile games and applications published by YMobilApp ("we", "us", "our") on the Google Play Store, including Card Battle: Monster Legends, City Blocks Grid and Color Fill Brain (each, a "Game"). Please read it carefully before downloading or playing our Games.
1 Introduction
YMobilApp is an independent mobile game studio. We are committed to protecting the privacy of everyone who plays our Games. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have regarding your information.
We designed our Games to be fun, casual and privacy-friendly. Wherever possible, we collect the minimum amount of data needed to operate, protect and improve our Games. By downloading, installing, accessing or using any of our Games, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
2 Scope & Consent
This Policy covers our Games and any related services, updates and features (collectively, the "Services"). It does not apply to third-party websites, platforms, advertising networks or services that are not operated by us, even when linked from within a Game.
By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, please do not use our Games and uninstall them from your device.
3 Information We Collect
We are a mobile game studio, not an account-based service. We generally do not ask you to register, sign in, or provide personal details such as your name, address or phone number to play our Games. The information involved falls into the following categories:
a) Information you provide voluntarily
- Support communications — if you email us or contact us for support, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.
- Feedback & reviews — any feedback, ratings or bug reports you choose to submit.
b) Information collected automatically
When you use a Game, certain information is collected automatically by us and our service providers:
- Device information — device model, operating system version, language, region, screen resolution, and manufacturer.
- Identifiers — advertising identifiers (such as the Google Advertising ID / GAID), and app-instance identifiers used for analytics and ads.
- Gameplay & usage data — levels reached, scores, in-game progress, session length, buttons tapped, features used, and crash/error logs.
- Approximate network information — IP address (used to infer coarse, country-level location) and mobile network type.
- Diagnostics — performance data, frame rates and crash reports that help us fix bugs.
c) Information stored on your device
Most of your game progress (levels, settings, high scores) is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to us. Uninstalling a Game will typically delete this local data.
We do not knowingly collect your precise GPS location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera data unless a specific Game feature clearly requires it and you grant permission.
4 Device Permissions
Depending on the Game and your device, we may request certain Android permissions. You can grant or deny these at any time in your device settings. Common permissions include:
| Permission | Why it may be used |
|---|---|
| Internet / Network access | To load ads, deliver updates and record anonymous analytics. |
| Network state | To detect whether you are online or offline. |
| Vibration | To provide haptic feedback during gameplay. |
| Prevent sleeping | To keep the screen on during active play. |
| Storage (where applicable) | To cache game assets and save progress locally. |
Denying a non-essential permission will not usually prevent you from playing, though some features may be limited.
5 How We Use Your Information
We use the information described above for the following purposes:
- To operate and maintain our Games and deliver core gameplay features.
- To improve our Games by understanding how players interact with them and which features are popular.
- To fix bugs and diagnose crashes, freezes and performance issues.
- To display advertising, including personalized or contextual ads, that helps keep our Games free.
- To measure ad and gameplay performance and prevent fraud, cheating and abuse.
- To respond to your support requests, feedback and questions.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
Our lawful bases for processing (where the GDPR applies) include your consent (for personalized advertising), our legitimate interests (to secure, analyze and improve our Games), and legal obligations.
6 Advertising
Our Games are free to download and are supported primarily by advertising. To show ads, we work with third-party advertising networks and mediation partners that may collect and use certain data — such as your advertising ID, IP address, device information and in-app activity — to serve and measure ads.
Advertising partners may include:
- Google AdMob — Google Privacy Policy
- Unity Ads — Unity Privacy Policy
- ironSource / AppLovin — AppLovin Privacy Policy
- Meta Audience Network — Meta Privacy Policy
These partners may use cookies, device identifiers and similar technologies to deliver personalized (interest-based) advertising. You can control this:
- Android: open Settings → Google → Ads to reset or delete your advertising ID and opt out of ad personalization.
- Learn more at the Digital Advertising Alliance or Your Online Choices (EU).
Consent in the EEA/UK: where required, we display a consent request (Google's User Messaging Platform / a CMP) so you can choose whether to allow personalized ads before they are shown.
7 Analytics
We use analytics tools to understand aggregate player behavior and improve our Games. These tools collect usage and event data in a pseudonymized form. Providers may include:
- Google Analytics for Firebase — app usage, events and audience insights.
- Firebase Crashlytics — crash and stability reporting.
- Unity Analytics — gameplay and engagement metrics (in Unity-based Games).
Analytics data helps us answer questions like "which levels are too hard?" or "where do crashes happen?" — it is not used to identify you personally.
8 Third-Party Services & Sharing
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as needed to run our Games:
- Service providers — advertising, analytics, cloud hosting and crash-reporting partners that process data on our behalf.
- Platform providers — Google Play handles app distribution, updates and payments.
- Legal & safety — where required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, property or safety of YMobilApp, our players or the public.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
Each third party operates under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them using the links provided in this document.
9 In-App Purchases
Some Games may offer optional in-app purchases (for example, to remove ads or unlock content). All payments are processed securely by Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your full payment card details — we only receive confirmation that a purchase was completed. Your payment information is handled by Google in accordance with its own privacy policy.
10 Children's Privacy
We care deeply about the privacy of children. Our Games are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country).
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
- Where a Game is directed to families or children, we comply with the Google Play Families Policy, COPPA (US) and GDPR-K (EU) and serve only non-personalized ads with no behavioral profiling.
- If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Parents: we encourage you to supervise your children's online activity and to use parental controls available on your device and the Google Play Store.
11 Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy:
- Local game data stays on your device until you delete it or uninstall the Game.
- Analytics & diagnostic data is typically retained in aggregated or pseudonymized form for a limited period, according to our providers' default retention settings.
- Support emails are kept for as long as needed to resolve your request and maintain records.
When data is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it so it can no longer be associated with you.
12 Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or alteration. These include encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and working only with reputable service providers.
However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
13 International Data Transfers
We and our service providers may process and store information in countries other than the one in which you live, including the United States and other jurisdictions that may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect your information when it is transferred internationally.
14 Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access — request a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate information.
- Deletion — ask us to delete your information ("right to be forgotten").
- Restriction / Objection — object to or restrict certain processing.
- Withdraw consent — withdraw advertising consent at any time via your device settings.
- Data portability — receive your data in a portable format, where applicable.
EEA / UK (GDPR)
If you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you may exercise the rights above and lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
California (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information for money. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
To make any request, email us at youssefelhilaly307@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request, and we will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
15 Account & Data Deletion
Some of our Games include an optional account or sign-in feature. You have the right to delete your account and its associated data at any time. There are two ways to do this:
- In the Game: open the Game, go to Settings, and tap the "Delete Account" button, then confirm. Your account and its associated data will be permanently deleted.
- By email: send a request to youssefelhilaly307@gmail.com with the subject "Delete My Account", including the Game name and your username or player ID so we can locate your account.
Once verified, we delete the personal data linked to your account — such as your profile, cloud-saved progress, scores and in-game settings. Certain records (for example, purchase and fraud-prevention logs, or anonymized analytics) may be retained where required by law or for security. Email requests are generally completed within 30 days.
For step-by-step instructions and full details on what is deleted or retained, see our dedicated Delete Account page.
16 Do Not Track
Some browsers and devices offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Because there is no common industry standard for interpreting DNT signals, our Games do not currently respond to them. You can still control ad personalization through your device's advertising settings as described in Section 6.
17 Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements or for other operational reasons. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice within a Game.
Your continued use of our Games after an update means you accept the revised Policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
