What data is deleted
When your account deletion request is completed, we permanently delete the personal data linked to your account, which may include:
- Your account identifier, username and profile details.
- Cloud-saved game progress, levels, scores and achievements tied to the account.
- In-game friends, leaderboard entries and settings associated with the account.
- Support correspondence tied to the account, where no longer needed.
What may be retained
For legal, security and accounting reasons, a limited amount of data may be kept for a longer period, even after account deletion:
- Transaction records for in-app purchases, kept as required by tax and financial laws (these are held by Google Play, not by us).
- Fraud, abuse and security logs needed to protect our games and other players.
- Aggregated or anonymized analytics that can no longer identify you.
Note: deleting your account does not automatically refund past in-app purchases. Refunds, if applicable, are handled through the Google Play refund policy.
How long it takes
In-game deletions are processed right away. Email requests are typically completed within 30 days of us verifying your identity. Backups may take a little longer to fully cycle out, after which your data is gone for good.
Before you delete
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- Your saved progress, virtual items and in-game currency will be lost.
- Any unused purchased items or currency are forfeited and are non-refundable.
- If you reinstall the game later, you will start again as a new player.
