Delete Your Account

You are always in control of your data. Here's how to permanently delete your account and its associated data from our games.

This page applies to YMobilApp games that offer an account or sign-in. Many of our games are fully offline and do not create an account — in those, there is nothing to delete on our servers, and uninstalling the game removes your local progress. For games that do have an account, you can delete it in one of two ways below.

Option 1 — In the game

  1. Open the gameLaunch the YMobilApp game on your device.
  2. Go to SettingsTap the Settings icon, usually on the main menu.
  3. Tap "Delete Account"Find and press the Delete Account button.
  4. ConfirmConfirm the request. Your account and its associated data will be permanently deleted.

Option 2 — By email

If you can't access the game
  1. Email usSend a message to youssefelhilaly307@gmail.com.
  2. Subject lineUse the subject Delete My Account so we can find it quickly.
  3. Include your detailsTell us the game name and your in-game username or player ID so we can locate your account.
  4. We'll confirmWe verify the request and delete your account, then email you a confirmation.

What data is deleted

When your account deletion request is completed, we permanently delete the personal data linked to your account, which may include:

  • Your account identifier, username and profile details.
  • Cloud-saved game progress, levels, scores and achievements tied to the account.
  • In-game friends, leaderboard entries and settings associated with the account.
  • Support correspondence tied to the account, where no longer needed.

What may be retained

For legal, security and accounting reasons, a limited amount of data may be kept for a longer period, even after account deletion:

  • Transaction records for in-app purchases, kept as required by tax and financial laws (these are held by Google Play, not by us).
  • Fraud, abuse and security logs needed to protect our games and other players.
  • Aggregated or anonymized analytics that can no longer identify you.

Note: deleting your account does not automatically refund past in-app purchases. Refunds, if applicable, are handled through the Google Play refund policy.

How long it takes

In-game deletions are processed right away. Email requests are typically completed within 30 days of us verifying your identity. Backups may take a little longer to fully cycle out, after which your data is gone for good.

Before you delete

  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
  • Your saved progress, virtual items and in-game currency will be lost.
  • Any unused purchased items or currency are forfeited and are non-refundable.
  • If you reinstall the game later, you will start again as a new player.
